Appearance of New Setting
After saving all the settings related to the COM port, the user needs to return to the device sidebar. A new icon "Turn off/on display" will appear there.
Depending on the current state of the device, the color of its frame changes.
For example: while the device is on, the frame color is bright green. As soon as the device is turned off, the color of the frame changes to dark green.
All available device statuses can be viewed by hovering over the "Device Statuses" line.
Subtleties and Nuances
If the applied COM port settings are deleted using the button, then even with the display turned off, the device will be shown as online (having a green frame at the bottom). This is because, in the absence of COM port settings, there is no display monitoring on the device, and therefore it is shown as an online device.

The user can turn the device display on and off in the personal account on Linux.
