General guidelines
- In case of errors in the work of prof. panels or SmartPlayer software, first make sure that you are using one of the latest / recommended firmware versions.
- Samsung: Press the "Menu" button on the remote control. In the menu that appears, select "System" -> "Contact Samsung". The latest firmware versions can be found here.
Also, to cut off most of the possible problems, it is recommended to do a Factory Reset. To do this, from the off state, dial the combination mute-1-8-2-PowerOn on the remote control. In the service menu that appears, select Option -> Factory Reset -> Factory Reset.
