Using Audio in Broadcasts
Description of the Situation
The SmartPlayer platform has long supported the creation of broadcasts with audio. This article will guide users on how to work with audio tracks in a broadcast.
Action Algorithm
To begin, the user needs to log in or register in the SmartPlayer personal account.
Next, the user should go to the "Broadcasts" section and select the "Create" category.

The next step is to select audio content from the right panel.

The desired content should be dragged with the mouse into the audio zone.

After the content is dragged into the audio zone, the user will see the added content.

To finish the setup, the user needs to save the broadcast and assign it to a device.
Audio Settings
After adding audio content, the user can configure it by clicking on the settings icon.

Clicking opens a page that can be divided into two blocks:
- a table with audio entries and editing options;
- audio configuration parameters.

Audio Table
The audio content information is presented in a table with the following fields:
- "Delete" button;
- "Select All" button;
- content type;
- title;
- tags;
- start time;
- duration.

Audio Configuration Parameters
Audio settings are divided into three groups:
- **Audio Track** – parameters for audio track configuration.
- **Content** – parameters for content playback.
- **Auto-Positioning** – parameters for auto-placement behavior.

Details on each group are described below.
Audio Track
The "Audio Track" group includes:
- a volume slider – adjusts the volume level across the entire audio content.

Content
The "Content" group includes:
- a volume slider – adjusts the volume level of the selected content within the audio track;
- content playback frequency – the "Add" button allows duplicating selected content by embedding it into the playback grid.

Auto-Positioning
The "Auto-Positioning" group includes the following parameters:
- ad tag – enter a tag for ad content;
- ad volume level – set the volume for ad content;
- background tag – enter a tag for background content;
- background volume level – set the volume for background content;
- playback order – choose between custom or shuffled playback;
- selection panel (available for "Custom" order) – choose playback scenario: alternate content via the system or at fixed intervals;

To complete the setup, click the "Calculate" button. After this, you can close the page using the button at the bottom of the screen.
