Presets for stream flows in IPTV

Situation Description

The existing IPTV functionality on the SmartPlayer platform has been refined and expanded. Now, users can utilize presets for the "stream flow" content type within the IPTV functionality.

Action Algorithm

If a user wants to take advantage of this functionality, they must log into the SmartPlayer platform. Next, they need to find the "IP Television" section in the list of categories.

On the opened page, the user will see three blocks:

• Channels
• Categories
• Upload

The user needs to select the "Channels" block.

In this block, users have access to a list of parameters. The required parameter is called "Presets/Preset."

By hovering over a position in this column, the user should find an icon in the form of a pencil and click on it. This will open the channel settings window.

In the opened window, the user must find the "Preset" setting, choose one of the available presets, and activate the switch. Available presets:

• NetUP – a preset configuration suitable for NetUP set-top boxes
• Ugoos 01 – the first preset configuration suitable for Ugoos set-top boxes
• Ugoos 02 – the second preset configuration suitable for Ugoos set-top boxes
• Manual settings – allows the user to configure channel parameters manually

After completing the setup, the user needs to click the "Save" button at the bottom of the window.

Adding a File with Presets

To add a file with presets, the user needs to go to the "IPTV" section in their personal account. There, they should select the "Upload" section and upload the IPTV preset file.

To upload a file, the user must click the "Choose File" button and select the required file from local storage.

The user must first configure the following parameters:

• Separator
• Encoding

After selecting the file, they need to click the "Start File Upload" button.

Once the upload is complete, the message "Status: Upload completed" will appear.
