Notifications Section
Description of the Situation
The SmartPlayer personal account now includes a "Notifications" section. This section collects, stores, and allows users to interact with various types of information.
In this section, the user can access information about:
- platform-generated notifications;
- personal account event history;
- email notifications (if an email is linked to the account).
Action Algorithm
To access the “Notifications” section, the user needs to log in or register in the SmartPlayer personal account.
The next step is to navigate to the menu on the left side of the screen and select the required section.

After clicking the section, its contents will be displayed to the user.

This section is divided into four tabs:
- Notifications.
- History.
- Information Security.
- Mail.

“Notifications” Tab
On the opened page, you will see notifications stored in the SmartPlayer personal account. Further interaction possibilities with these notifications are described below.

Indication
Currently, notification colors are limited to:
- Blue — used for “Warning” type notifications, which include descriptions of the situation that triggered the alert. The description can be accessed via click or the underlined "Details" button within the notification.

- Red — used for “Error” type notifications, which contain error descriptions. The description can be accessed via click or the underlined "Details" button within the notification.

Interface
The interface elements allow users to perform the following actions:
- Delete each notification individually using the trash bin icon on the left of each item;

- Select multiple notifications via checkboxes and delete them at once using the corresponding icon, or mark them as read using the “Mark as read” button;

- “Load all” button — loads all notifications stored on the server.

Filtering
To ease the search for events, users can filter events using the “Filter” button. The filtering options include:
- Status — filter by one of two statuses: read/unread

- Type — filter by one of three types: information, warning, and error

- Category — filter by one of the following categories: information, licensing, devices, maintenance, broadcast, and content

- Date — filter by a date range: specify start and end dates

To apply filters, the user must click the “Apply” button in the filter window. To reset the filters or close the window, click the “Cancel” button located to the left.

“History” Tab
The “History” tab contains events that occurred in the personal account and were recorded by the system.

Filtering
To make it easier to find events, the user can filter them using the “Filter” button. The following filter options are available:
- By Actions — filter by one of three actions: create, edit, and delete

- By Entities — filter by one of the following listed entities: ad campaigns, broadcasts, broadcast groups, devices, firmware, ad blocks, groups, roles, schedules, gas stations, statistics, files, folders, and users

- By Users — filter by a list of email addresses linked to the company
