Downgrade Firmware Using USB

  1. The USB stick must be in FAT32 format, all extraneous files must be removed
  2. Obtain from a SmartPlayer representative a zero firmware for a specific device model
  3. Unpack files from the archive with the firmware (image folder) to the "root" of the flash drive
  4. Connect the drive to the USB port on the panel
  5. Enable panel
  6. In the menu go to System> Support> Software Update
  7. When a question arises about searching for firmware on USB, select "Yes"
  8. After installing zero firmware, restart the device
  9. After rebooting, take the firmware of the required version and update as described in the paragraph " Updating via USB "
