Login to your personal account

Log in to your account with the account and address provided by the SmartPlayer representative. Default personal account address

Description

To create a broadcast and send it to the device, you need to do the following:

• Add device to system
• Upload content to the system (to the server)
• Create broadcast

Let's take a look at each of the points in more detail.

Adding a device.

You need to download one of the client applications in your personal account section Settings - Client applications
'You must first configure the Internet on your device!'
After setting up and launching the application, an activation code should appear on the client device. Example

Further in your personal account

1. Go to the "Devices" tab
2. click "Add device" in navigation menu.
3. in the window that appears, enter the 9-digit activation code device connected to the server.
4. fill in the form that appears with the following parameters:
5. * device name
6. * location address (will be shown on the map). You can use the interactive map to change the location of the device
7. * device group
8. * additional description (optional): does not affect the operation of the device, serves to describe the device task, your note or other purposes
9. * tags (optional)
10. * device orientation: horizontal or vertical

After clicking the [Save] button, the device will be added to the server.

Content loading

1. go to the Content tab
2. select "Upload file" in navigation menu or drag and drop files into the browser window from the Content tab
3. wait for the files to load. During the download, you can navigate through different sections of the PC, this does not affect the download process.

Creating a broadcast

1. Go to the tab "Content on devices"
2. Go through 3 steps in the broadcast creation wizard:
   1. Create a broadcast using the editor (step 1).
   2. Select devices to download (step 2).
   3. Create a broadcast schedule (step 3).

'After pressing the "save" button, the Broadcast starts downloading to the selected device or devices. Once fully loaded, the Broadcast will begin displaying.

Adding a stream to a new device

1. Go to the "Devices" tab
2. Highlight device
3. Press the "Schedule" button
4. Press the "Add new" button
5. Set content playback options
6. In the "Broadcasts" tab, select the required broadcast
7. Press the "Save" button (the content download will be displayed, the new device will start playing the content immediately after the download is complete)

Editing an existing broadcast

1. Go to the Broadcasts tab
2. Highlight the desired broadcast and click the "Edit" button
3. Edit the content and set the necessary parameters for playing content
4. Press the "Save" button (diskette), select one of 2 options depending on the case.

Frequency of file being broadcast

1. Go to the Broadcasts tab
2. Highlight the desired broadcast and click the "Edit" button
3. Add or select content whose output frequency you want to configure
4. In the "Content settings" tab, click the "Output frequency - add" button (thus 2 identical files appeared in the editor, the frequency and the zone of appearance of which can be adjusted)
5. Set the necessary content settings
6. Press the "Save" button (diskette), select one of 2 options depending on the case.

Deleting from your personal account (to delete content, you must delete schedules with the participation of this content and broadcasts)

1. Go to the Broadcasts tab
2. Highlight the desired broadcast and click the schedule under the broadcast, click the "Delete" button. Confirm selection
3. Press the "Delete" (basket) button to delete the broadcast.
4. Press the "Content" button
5. Select the content that needs to be deleted, click the "Delete" button (basket)
