Within the SmartPlayer platform, a modal window notifying about the use of Cookies appears only in one case - if the user has not previously visited the SmartPlayer platform from this device.

When the modal appears, the user can click the "Learn More" button.

After clicking, a new window opens with a description of which user data is used for remembering. After reading the information about the used data, the user can click the "Understand" button to dismiss the window. After clicking the "Understand" button, the user will no longer see this window.

The modal window with the cookie usage warning may reappear if the user accesses via a browser using "Incognito" mode (cookies are not used in this mode) or if a new device is used to log in.

The user knows why a modal window with a notification about the use of cookie files appears upon logging in and understands why it appears only once.
