Step 4: Enabling Debug Mode and Connecting via ADB

It is mandatory to set "Novalauncher" as the default application, otherwise Viplex will not function.

In the opened Viplex application, type "Novasoft" and "Selftest" (The sections "User Software" and "Debug mode" will appear).

Example of the new sections appearing upon successful action

In the application, the user needs to select the "User Software" section and connect to the required device. The next step is to enable the "ADB" setting. This action is performed using the toggle switch. If the "ADB" setting slider is green, it means it is active.

Example of activating the "ADB" setting in the application

Next, the user must go to the "Terminals" section and right-click on the desired device. In the menu that appears, select the "debug tool" option.
