RFID tags

Any chips will do, for example Mifare, Ntag 216. There is no binding to any specific chips. An example of what the chips look like:

Maximum 3 devices supported, firmware limitation. Supported operating system Windows 10 x64. Only one COM device should be connected to the device. Hot plugging - DOES NOT work, see the correct wiring in the [How to find RFID tags?]

The software part of the setup

Upload the widget to your SmartPlayer account see " Basic Broadcast". Make settings, double-click on the widget icon to open the widget preview, then click the gear and the widget settings will open

Parameters:

• text size - the size in pixels of the text that will be shown after all the labels are placed on the antennas

• text color - the color of the text that will be shown after all labels are placed on the antennas

• background color - the background of the widget, used when the message is displayed after all the labels are placed on the antennas

• RFID 1/2/3 tag - the ID of the tag that is glued to the object

• video folder - select a folder with videos. Will be shown while all objects are on the antennas. Videos must be in ogv format. Online converter is available at the link: https://video.online-convert.com/en/convert-to-ogv

• folder with pictures - select a folder with pictures. Picture names must contain RFID in order to identify pictures for a specific set of tags.

• Message display time (seconds) - how long the message will be shown when all tags are placed on the antennas

• Type of gratitude - text, video or image that will be shown after all the marks are placed on the antennas.

• If the composition of pictures or videos has changed in the widget settings, you need to re-select the folder. To save the widget settings, be sure to click “Save”. After closing the widget settings, click “Save” at the widget level to re-create the widget on the server.

How to find RFID tags?

1. Run Windows OS
2. We connect the circuit to a computer via a USB cable
3. Make sure Windows finds the device as COM
4. Install and run the SmartPlayer client application
5. Go to your personal account and open information about the device.

Select the client application tile - Information (menu item). Move the mouse over the screenshot of the device, the system will show the available RFID tags. It is they who need to be written in the name of the graphic files and the settings of the widget.
