Description of the Situation
This page will help users get information about the serial number of devices running Tizen OS.
Action Algorithm
To view the serial number of a device running Tizen OS, the user must log in to their SmartPlayer personal account.
The next step is for the user to navigate to the "Devices" section.
In the "Devices" section, the user needs to find the required device and select it using a mouse click.
After selecting the device, the display of the section will change for the user. On the right side of the screen, a toolbar with settings will appear. In the toolbar, the user needs to select the "Information" line.
By opening the "Information" page, the user will be able to view all available information about the device, including its serial number.
Getting Serial Number Information
The serial number information for devices running Tizen OS with ver. 6.5 and above. To determine the serial number, the "getSerialNumber" method provided by the Tizen OS API is used. More details about the method can be found at the link.
