Description of the Situation
One of the most frequently used sections of the personal account is “Devices”. This section of the personal account stores all user devices that can be configured to play the required broadcasts or provide information about what these devices are and in which mode they operate.
Main Page
To open the “Devices” section of the personal account, the user must register or log in to the personal account.
Next, find the section with the same name on the left side.

The main page of the “Devices” section can be divided into three zones:
- Search zone.
- Devices / device groups zone.
- Right-side toolbar.

Search zone
The search zone includes the following configurable parameters (listed left to right):

- search field — allows displaying the required device by name.
- advanced search settings — allow making the search more detailed and precise using additional parameters. Descriptions are provided to help understand how the additional parameters work. After setting the required parameters, the user must click the “Search” button. If the user wants to disable the additional parameters, they need to click the “Reset” button;

- sorting — a list of device sorting options available in the personal account;

- mass device selection — functionality that allows selecting or deselecting all devices, as well as device groups, for further actions. All selected devices are marked with a checkbox icon, also called a “checkmark”;

- device display format — allows the user to choose the display format for available devices;

Devices / device groups zone
The devices zone is an area containing a list of devices. The area includes both individual devices and device groups.

List view

- “>” icon — expands devices in the list if it is a device group;
- identifier — unique device identifier;
- name — device name used in the personal account;
- identification — displays the device identification icon (shows which device it is in the list);
- status — displays the device status in text form;
- registration code — displays the registration code for the device;
- last connection — date when the device was last online;
- storage size — total internal memory size of the device;
- used storage size — amount of memory occupied on the device;
- free storage size — amount of remaining free memory on the device;
- created — date when the device was created in the personal account;
- address — physical location address of the device;
- blocked — device forcibly blocked through the personal account.

- screen off (dark green rectangle);
- sleep mode (black rectangle);
- connected to the server application (green rectangle);

The “Notifications” section includes a list of problematic situations that can trigger a notification.
In addition to the list itself, the section allows setting the start and end times for sending notifications using two separate settings.
It is also possible to set the interval for sending issue notifications.

After making changes, the user must click the “Apply” button if satisfied with the settings. If the user does not want to change settings and wants to keep everything unchanged, the “Cancel” button must be clicked.
