Situation Description

The SmartPlayer platform has introduced the ability to upload video content in various formats with mandatory conversion to ".mp4" format and setting specific content parameters.

Operating Principle

Logic of Operation

Users can upload any video content to their SmartPlayer personal account. The uploaded video content in a special settings window will be converted to the ".mp4" format.
This conversion is used to avoid accidental issues with content in other formats during playback. The ".mp4" format is the most developed and has been used for video content for a long time.

The option to convert to mp4 will only appear if the original video content format of the user is supported by the SmartPlayer platform.
