Situation Description
As the SmartPlayer platform evolves, the development team continues to add new features. Now, when setting up a schedule, users have the ability to add information about objects from an ".xlsx" file as a list.
Action Algorithm
The first step for the user is to log into their SmartPlayer account.
Next, the user needs to navigate to the "Schedule" section.
After that, the user must select a new device and apply the broadcast.
During the process, a toolbar will appear on the right, where the user needs to click the "Show Schedule" button.
A new page with a calendar will open on the screen. The user needs to select a date from which the schedule countdown will start and click the "+" icon on the right toolbar, labeled "Add Schedule."
The system will automatically open a new window where the user must configure the schedule parameters.
After completing the previous steps, the user needs to click on the "Select from file" option. This allows them to upload an ".xlsx" file containing the necessary information.
Once the file is uploaded, the user should click the "More" button in the upper right corner.
This grants access to the list of positions from the ".xlsx" file, allowing the user to review which devices are listed under "Selected" and which remain in "Not Selected."
Transferring devices from the "Not Selected" list to the "Selected" list is automatic. This transfer is based on a data comparison with the server. Since the uploaded list is also stored on the server, the system can compare the data and select the appropriate devices.
