Description of the Situation
Users of the SmartPlayer platform have gained a new feature related to obtaining information and requesting licenses directly from their personal account. This functionality will allow
Action Algorithm
To begin, the user must register or log in to the SmartPlayer platform. The next step is for the user to scroll down in their SmartPlayer personal account and find the "Licensesbeta" section, then click on it.
After clicking, a new page will open. In the window, the user must click the "Request Licenses" button.
After clicking the "Request Licenses" button, a modal window will open with a list of parameters that need to be specified when requesting a license. This list includes:
- Number of devices - specify the number of devices as a number in the field
- License type - offered as a dropdown list with options: subscription or purchase
- Tariff - select a tariff available from the dropdown list
- Start date - specify the start date of the license on the device. Select using the calendar
- End date - choose one of four options: custom (calendar available for date selection), month, half a year, or year
- Comments - allows the user to add text comments to the list of licenses
After filling in and selecting the required parameters, the user must click the "Generate" button.
Next, a file will be downloaded from the personal account to the PC's memory. This file will be located in the "Downloads" folder.
The final step is for the user to follow the link and fill in the data in the form.
