Description of the Situation

SmartPlayer platform users have received a new feature related to requesting and receiving license information directly from the personal account. This functionality allows users to request the required number of licenses directly from their dashboard.

If the user does not know who their manager is or which manager is assigned to them, it is recommended to contact us via email at sale@smartplayer.org. The message must include the project name and the license certificate (attached), which the user receives when they start working with SmartPlayer.

Step-by-Step Instructions

First, the user must register or log in to the SmartPlayer platform.
Next, the user should scroll down the SmartPlayer personal account and find the “Licensesbeta” section and click on it.

After clicking, a new page will open. In the window, the user should click the “Request Licenses” button.
