After installing the firmware, it is strongly recommended to do a factory reset (the firmware will not be rolled back), for this, from the off state, dial the combination `` mute-1-8-2-PowerOn on the remote control. In the service menu that appears, select Option -> Factory Reset -> Factory Reset.


How to update

  1. The USB stick must be in FAT32 format, all extraneous files must be removed
  2. Unpack files from the archive with the firmware (image folder) to the "root" of the flash drive
  3. Connect the drive to the USB port on the panel
  4. Enable panel
  5. In the menu go to Menu> Support> Software Update (Menu> Support> Software Update)
  6. When a question arises about searching for firmware on USB, select "Yes"
  7. After the installation is complete, make sure the firmware is up to date. The System> Support> Contact Samsung tab should display the new firmware version.

Понижение (Downgrade) версии прошивки с помощью USB

  1. USB-накопитель должен иметь формат FAT32, все посторонние файлы должны быть удалены
  2. Получить у представителя SmartPlayer нулевую прошивку для конкретной модели устройства
  3. Распаковать файлы из архива с прошивкой (папку image) в “корень” флешки
  4. Подключить накопитель к USB порту на панели
  5. Включить панель
  6. В меню перейти в System > Support > Software Update (Система > Поддержка > Обновление ПО)
  7. При возникновение вопроса о поиске прошивки на USB, выбрать "Да"
  8. После установки нулевой прошивки, перезагрузить устройство
  9. После перезагрузке, взять прошивку нужной версии и произвести обновление как описано в параграфе "Обновление с помощью USB"
