Disable Linux Screensaver Ubuntu 16.04 / 18.04

To disable the splash screen in Ubuntu 16.04 / 18.04, go to the options

go to the "Privacy" menu

"Screen Lock" menu item
turn off "Automatic screen lock"
in the item "Energy saving" switch "Screen off" to "never"
in the "Standby mode and the Off button" go to the "Automatic standby mode" menu and turn off the "when idle" item
