Change History
Situation Description
To enable SmartPlayer platform users to review action history and changes in the "Notifications" section of their personal account, a "History" block has been added. This section collects all information about actions performed in the personal account.
Action Algorithm
The first step for the user is to log in or register on the SmartPlayer platform.
Next, the user needs to navigate to the "Notifications" section in their personal account.
After opening this section, the user should select the "History" block at the top of the screen. Clicking will open the main "History" page, with the block name highlighted in blue.
Available Information
Entries in the "History" block contain:
- Date and time of creation;
- Username and avatar;
- Information about the performed action;
- Action description.
Information Types Stored
On the "History" page, users can view:
- Schedule additions/deletions/modifications;
- Device additions/deletions/modifications;
- Group additions/deletions/modifications;
- User additions/deletions/modifications.
Viewing Schedule Changes
To review schedule changes, users should: 1. Find the relevant event 2. Click "Show Details"
A modal window will open displaying schedule changes in a book-style "Before" → "After" comparison.
After reviewing changes, click "Close" at the bottom center of the screen.
Report Export
Users can export an action history list from their personal account. The file will be downloaded in ".xlsx" format to local storage.
