Network Settings in the Device Card

Description of the Situation

In the SmartPlayer personal account, users can now view the network parameters of a device. This functionality allows users to access and report all network connection details of the device to technical support specialists.

Action Algorithm

To use this functionality, the user must first log in or register on the SmartPlayer platform.
The next step is to go to the "Devices" section of the personal account and select the desired device.

By clicking on the device, the user will open the toolbar on the right, where they need to select the "Information" line.

Next, a new page with device parameters will open. Among these parameters, the user must select "Connection" and click on it.

Finally, a list of network parameters for the device will be displayed.

Available Information

When checking the connection, the user can view the following connection parameters:

1. IP address.
2. DNS.
3. MAC address.
4. Connection type.
5. Last connection date.
