Description of the Situation

The SmartPlayer personal account now includes a "Notifications" section. This section collects, stores, and allows users to interact with various types of information.
In this section, the user can access information about:

  • platform-generated notifications;
  • personal account event history;
  • email notifications (if an email is linked to the account).

Action Algorithm

To access the “Notifications” section, the user needs to log in or register in the SmartPlayer personal account.
The next step is to navigate to the menu on the left side of the screen and select the required section.

After clicking the section, its contents will be displayed to the user.

This section is divided into four tabs:

  1. Notifications.
  2. History.
  3. Information Security.
  4. Mail.

“Notifications” Tab

On the opened page, you will see notifications stored in the SmartPlayer personal account. Further interaction possibilities with these notifications are described below.

Indication

Currently, notification colors are limited to:

  • Blue — used for “Warning” type notifications, which include descriptions of the situation that triggered the alert. The description can be accessed via click or the underlined "Details" button within the notification.

  • Red — used for “Error” type notifications, which contain error descriptions. The description can be accessed via click or the underlined "Details" button within the notification.

Interface

The interface elements allow users to perform the following actions:

  • Delete each notification individually using the trash bin icon on the left of each item;

  • Select multiple notifications via checkboxes and delete them at once using the corresponding icon, or mark them as read using the “Mark as read” button;

  • “Load all” button — loads all notifications stored on the server.

Filtering

To ease the search for events, users can filter events using the “Filter” button. The filtering options include:

  • Status — filter by one of two statuses: read/unread

  • Type — filter by one of three types: information, warning, and error

  • Category — filter by one of the following categories: information, licensing, devices, maintenance, broadcast, and content

  • Date — filter by a date range: specify start and end dates

To apply filters, the user must click the “Apply” button in the filter window. To reset the filters or close the window, click the “Cancel” button located to the left.

“History” Tab

The “History” tab contains events that occurred in the personal account and were recorded by the system.

Filtering

To make it easier to find events, the user can filter them using the “Filter” button. The following filter options are available:

  • By Actions — filter by one of three actions: create, edit, and delete

  • By Entities — filter by one of the following listed entities: ad campaigns, broadcasts, broadcast groups, devices, firmware, ad blocks, groups, roles, schedules, gas stations, statistics, files, folders, and users

  • By Users — filter by a list of email addresses linked to the company

  • By Date — filter by a date range: specify a start and end date

For more convenient search, there is a search bar where the user can manually enter the desired parameter. Additionally, a “Select All” button below the search bar allows you to highlight all categories. To clear all filters at once, use the “Clear” button, also located below the search bar.

To apply the selected filters, click the “Apply” button in the filter window. To reset current settings or exit the filter window, click the “Cancel” button on the left.

Exporting from the “History” Section

In addition to the actions described above, the user can export a report from the “History” section by clicking the download icon (down arrow) in the top right corner.

“Information Security” Tab

In the “Information Security” tab, the user can view all notifications related to information security.

User interaction options in this tab include:

  • View details by clicking the “Show details” button;

A detailed report will open in a separate modal window.
  • Export a report by clicking the downward arrow icon in the top right.
