Description of the Situation
SmartPlayer platform users have received a new feature related to requesting and receiving license information directly from the personal account. This functionality allows users to request the required number of licenses directly from their dashboard.
Step-by-Step Instructions
First, the user must register or log in to the SmartPlayer platform.
Next, the user should scroll down the SmartPlayer personal account and find the “Licensesbeta” section and click on it.

After clicking, a new page will open. In the window, the user should click the “Request Licenses” button.

After clicking the “Request Licenses” button, a modal window will appear with a list of parameters to be specified when requesting licenses. The list includes:
- Number of devices – enter the quantity as a number;
- License type – available as a dropdown: subscription or purchase;
- Plan – select an available plan from the dropdown;
- Start date – choose the license start date using the calendar;
- End date – four options are available: custom (calendar available), 1 month, 6 months, 1 year;
- Comments – allows the user to leave any comments regarding the license request.
After filling out all required fields, click the “Generate” button.

Then a file will be downloaded from the personal account to the user's computer. The file will appear in the “Downloads” folder.

As a final step, the user should send the generated file to their assigned SmartPlayer manager.
