Description of the Situation

One of the improvements in the “Broadcasts” section is the introduction of a broadcast filter. The implementation of this filter simplifies and improves navigation when working with a large number of broadcasts in the personal account.

Action Algorithm

To use the filter, the user must register/log in to the SmartPlayer personal account.
The next step is to navigate to the “Broadcasts” section of the personal account.

Next, select several devices manually or using bulk selection.

Example of selecting devices in the SmartPlayer personal account

Clicking the filter button opens a pop-up menu. In this menu, click the “Add filter” icon (the “+” icon).

Example of the “Add filter” button

Clicking the icon opens a modal window with a filter parameter. In this case, only the “Schedule” filter is available.

Example of the “Schedule” filter

After selecting the “Schedule” parameter, the user will return to the previous step, but the display will change. Clicking the “Schedule” line opens a modal window with parameters.

Filter Parameters

Three filtering options are available for schedules:

  • not set — displays broadcasts where no schedule is assigned;
  • active — displays broadcasts where assigned schedules are planned for playback (valid for the current date and time);
  • inactive — displays broadcasts where playback has already been completed (the schedule was previously executed).
It is also possible to select all three filter options using the “Select all” button or reset all filter parameters using the “Reset” button.

After selecting the required parameter, click the “Schedule” line again (now filled in), and then click the “Search” button.

Alternative Option

After applying the filter, it can also be used below the search bar. It works similarly to the option described above.

Clicking the “x” icon removes the selected filter.
