Description of the Situation

In the “Notifications” section of the SmartPlayer personal account, the user has access to the “Information Security” page. On this page, the user can obtain comprehensive information about device security compiled into a report. All collected information can be exported as a separate file from the personal account.

Action Algorithm

To use this functionality, the user must register/log in to the personal account.
Next, navigate to the “Notifications” section and select the “Information Security” tab.

In the “Information Security” tab, a page will open where the user can view all notifications related to information security.

Structure

Structurally, the page consists of two sections:

1. User information.
2. Report information (opens by clicking the “Show details” button).

User Information

This section contains information about the user who generated the security report and includes:

• date and time;
• user avatar;
• user role;
• user email (e-mail).

Report Information

By clicking the “Show details” button, a new page will open with detailed information about the generated report.

The report includes the following data:

• operation date and time — displays when the report was created;
• vendor name;
• product name;
• host name (resource from which the data was collected);
• host IP address;
• event identifier (unique event ID);
• event name;
• event severity level (information, warning, failure, critical);
• operation subject (user who generated the report);
• subject IP address;
• operation object address;
• operation object (provides information about objects such as broadcast, digitalSignage, digitalSignageGroup, role, schedule, source, sourceFolder, user);
• operation result (changes can be viewed in a JSON object via the “Show details” button);
• operation result status (success or failed);
• message (additional description of the report).

Please note that the retention period for notifications is 180 days. This information is also displayed on the page.

Exporting the Report

The information security report can be exported by clicking the downward arrow icon on the right side of the screen.

After clicking the button, the download process to the user’s device will begin. The downloaded file will be in .xlsx format.

The information in the exported report differs by only one item described above. The exported report does not include changes in JSON format.
